I’ll provide personalized, intentional guidance — focusing on what you’ll truly love and use, and helping you skip the rest. For Concierge clients, I handle hands-on shopping and bring your selections to life in your registry and nursery. The reward comes when those thoughtful decisions shine through — from your first stroll as a family to your baby’s first smile in the perfect nursery.
1. Discovery Call - Complimentary

By far the most important step...determining your needs and wants.
Meet Parker and Alex, first-time parents in Chicago preparing to welcome their baby in four months. Unsure where to start, they scheduled a call to discuss their nesting goals. Both are busy professionals, and with two of the grandparents living out of town, the excited family has already begun gifting furniture and decor for the nursery.​

Considering their time constraints, budget, and existing nursery gifts, we agreed the Registry Assembly Concierge Bundle was the best fit, and I sent them a quote.
2. Consultation
Getting to know your lifestyle, design preferences, and caregiving plans.
In their lively Chicago neighborhood, Parker and Alex juggle a two-story walk-up, one car, and frequent travel for Alex’s conferences and Parker's family visits. Parker leans toward an industrial look with darker colors, while Alex prefers a lighter, more traditional aesthetic. Parker is excited to have a stroller that can handle various running routes while Alex is eager to ensure having a fragile back won't stop baby-wearing. Their shared priorities: durability, ease-of-use, organic materials, and luxurious touches.

On our shopping trip, Parker tested jogging strollers for sturdiness and design, while Alex focused on baby carriers with back support and lightweight, luxe fabrics — plus car seats easy to use in both cars and ride-shares. They plan to stagger parental leave and later bring in a part-time nanny and have support from Alex’s parents.

With their growing family’s needs and dreams in mind, I thoughtfully evaluate each factor to choose products that truly fit their lifestyle. Parker and Alex pay the 50% deposit for their Concierge Bundle to begin the process.



3. Implementation
Delivering the tailored product with my Nesting Notes.
Four weeks after meeting Parker and Alex, I deliver their polished registry on Babylist along with my Nesting Notes to explain choices and options. The registry is highly organized and has items at different price points for them to send to family and friends immediately. We all have a meeting to refine the registry and then publish.

Even your registry layout and categories will be tailored to you! The clients pay the second half of the Concierge Bundle price.
4. Refinement
Things have changed and we need more support!
After receiving their finalized registry, Parker and Alex modify a few products and request an in-person demonstration of how to use their new travel system and baby bathtub. After another week, they request my assistance with a nursery layout that will be functional and incorporate their existing and gifted furniture and decor that arrived and appeared larger than expected.

I use software to mock-up and render potential layouts and remain available as new or unexpected needs arise. The clients pay for the Add-On Enhancements.


5. Enjoyment

Baby is here and loving life!
Parker and Alex welcomed their baby home and immediately felt the ease that comes from having the right products ready and waiting. With everything thoughtfully chosen, they’ve been able to focus on what matters most — enjoying life with their new baby — without needing to exchange or replace gear.
When their little one begins to crawl, Parker reaches out again to book a Product Consultation for baby-proofing essentials, durable bibs, and the latest highchair recommendations.
