Nesting Notes Co. provides personalized nesting and baby-preparation services, including but not limited to consultations, curated product guidance, registry support, and hands-on concierge offerings.
All services are provided with care and professionalism; however, they are advisory in nature and do not replace medical, safety, or professional parenting advice.

 

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Services are booked and paid for through our website or directly via invoice.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.

  • Nesting Notes Co. reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life with a growing family can be unpredictable.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Gift cards and digital consultations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another recipient or rescheduled within 6 months.

 

4. Gift Cards and Registry Credits

Gift cards purchased through our website or added to a baby registry are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
They may be redeemed toward any available Nesting Notes Co. service and must be used before their stated expiration date.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, design elements, and branding — is the property of Nesting Notes Co. and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during your consultation or booking.

  • Understand that all recommendations are based on your stated preferences, lifestyle, and available information.

  • Acknowledge that final purchasing and safety decisions remain your responsibility as a parent or caregiver.

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of products or information recommended through our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
